These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sorobu's monday.com extensions, including Mind Map View, and the website at sorobu.io (collectively, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Sorobu provides extensions for monday.com that enhance board functionality. Our extensions operate as client-side applications within the monday.com platform.
Current Extensions
Mind Map View — transforms monday.com boards into interactive mind maps with automatic bidirectional sync. Operates entirely within monday.com; no external data storage.
The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to the availability of monday.com's platform and API.
3. User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with monday.com's terms of service and acceptable use policies
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Service
- Not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or monday.com's platform
- Maintain the security of your monday.com account credentials
4. Subscription Plans & Payment
Free Plan
Provides access to all extension features on a limited number of boards per account. The Free plan is available at no cost and has no time limit.
Pro Plan
Provides access to all extension features on unlimited boards. Billed per seat per month (or annually at a discounted rate). Payment is processed through monday.com's billing system.
Billing: All payments are processed by monday.com. We do not directly collect or store payment information. Refund policies follow monday.com's marketplace terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Sorobu and protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan.
Your monday.com board data remains your property. We claim no ownership over any content you create or manage using the Service.
6. Data & Privacy
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

- Our extensions process board data in your browser only
- We do not store your monday.com board data on external servers
- Your data never leaves the monday.com platform
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Sorobu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service
- Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from monday.com's platform, API availability, or changes to their service
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all monday.com features or future API changes.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension from your monday.com account.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use poses a security risk to the Service or other users
- Required by law or monday.com's platform policies
Upon termination, your board data remains in monday.com unaffected. The extension view is simply removed.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Post a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect
- Notify users where required by applicable law
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the 30-day notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of France.
